The ceremony will be on the rooftop, weather permitting, and the reception and dinner will be indoors. If the Seattle rainy weather comes out, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Both the wedding ceremony and the reception will be held at the Fremont Foundry.

The venue is three floors including a first floor dining and reception area, a second floor for the bride and grooms suites, and the rooftop and rooftop cocktail hour space. There are stairs to all three levels and an elevator to the second floor only.

Our dress code is formal, i.e., dresses, dress pants, skirts, and suits or nice dress shirts, etc. Please view the invitation details card to see the color scheme of the wedding if you are looking for inspiration or want to dress in theme.

Unfortunately, no. Unless your plus one was explicitly included in the invitation we do not have a seat for them. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes! All kiddos should be included in the invitations sent out, but please let us know if any littles were missed.

We know people will be traveling from all over the country for our Seattle wedding. Your presence is more than enough but if you still want to gift you can find our honeymoon fund here.

Ceremony — Please, do not take any photo or video during the ceremony itself. For our visitors who were unable to attend, we will have a video and or livestream for them. Our photographer and videographer will handle all other photo and video during the ceremony.
Reception — Feel free to take photo and video throughout the dinner and reception. We will provide a virtual link or code to share your photos with us after the night is over! :)

Yes! There will be a 30-passenger shuttle and a 14-passenger van arriving at the Staybridge Hotel and Suites starting at 4:00 PM to drive individuals to the venue. There will be more than one trip, but all individuals will arrive by the 5:00 PM ceremony start time. For departure from the venue back to the hotel, there will be a 30-passenger shuttle that will take you back in trips beginning as early as 8:30 PM for any needed early departures. The final trip would be completed by 10:30 PM as the event ends at 10:00 PM.

For those who are local or using other means to access the venue, there is a pay for parking lot next door to the venue. However, it will be a Friday night in downtown Fremont so there is no guarantee for availability in the lot.
